At R&G Fabrications we take health and safety very seriously. We see it as core activity, just as important to our business as any other function, a part of our day to day activity.  All of the work we do, be it a simple job in our workshop, or a major contract on site, attracts the same level of care and attention. Health and safety is a key consideration in defining our method statement, and deciding how we will take each job. To help us protect people from harm and to ensure we work safely, we make objective risk assessments to eliminate risks and to control hazards. All of team of highly trained and experienced tradesmen are well versed in the philosophy of safe working, and they set a good example to other people in the way that they follow safety rules and procedures.

We pride ourselves on being amongst the most safety conscious companies within our business sector. We actively promote safe working and will not tolerate anyone taking any shortcuts which may place themselves or others at risk.  Unlike some, we do not see health and safety as something which is an after thought on the job, or as an imposition on the way we work. Instead, we see safety as an essential and proactive part of our business ethics, and because we take it so seriously, we believe it gives us a competitive advantage.
